The 4 Most Important Skills You Must
 Master To Be Successful

Listen to Rob on this topic

Most people are very excited to learn that there are only 4 Skill Sets that must be learned to be Extremely Successful in this business.

Most people never take the time to learn these skill sets.

Most people, if they Do learn these this skills, don't work hard enough on them to ever master them completely.

My question to you is this:
Do You Really Want To Be Like Most People?

Skill Set #1

Piquing / Inviting

Everything starts with the pique. When you pique someone's interest in your opportunity, you are starting the process of network marketing. Nothing can happen in your business until you pique someone's interest. Once interest is piqued, an Invitation can be made. It could be an invitation to attend a meeting, jump on a webinar, meet for a One on One prersentation. But be clear, the quality of your Invitation will determine if you get your propect in front of the information.

The better you get at Piquing / Inviting, the easier it will be for you to
Start the Process of NetWork Marketing

Skill Set #2

Presenting the Opportunity

Once your prospect has accepted your Invitation to look at your opportunity, you must be able to do a Presentation. Now, if you want to to make 'no money' in this business, just drag all your prospects to a Presentation that somebody else does, in the hopes that they can get them in your business. This may be OK for your first two weeks in the business, but by then, you should be ready to start presenting the opportunity to your prospects. The old adage 'never present to the people you know and know you' is ridiculous. Look, you are building a Global Organization here. Take control of your business. Let your prospects know you are building a dynamic organization. YOU must be the voice of your business, not somebody else. If you decide you don't want to present to your own propects, that's fine, if that is your choice. But also know this. You have just put a severe limitation on how much money you will EVER make in this business. Learn how to do a Great One on One Presentation. Learn how to get up at your home meeting and present to a small handful of people.

Skill Set #3

Launching Your New Partner

on the Psychology of a Great Launch

Step #2
Print out this Launch Package

Getting your New Partner off to a good start can make the difference between success and failure in their new business. I am always amazed how fragile the New Partners can be in their first two weeks in this business. Someone can say BOO to them, and they are gone. They can get 4 NO's in a row and they disappear. They can get disappointed that they did not make make $1,000.00 in their first week and they drop out. All of these things, and more, can derail your new Partner.
Launching your New Partner correctly can really make all the difference.

Your launch must include:
Setting up their Rep. Business Center, and showing them how to navigate it.
Setting up the Business Assistant and their personal web site.
Reviewing the services and the point system.
Reviewing the current month's Fast start Bonus.
Reviewing their ETT promotion and the ETT Bonus Pool.
Getting them customer point qualified, either with self consumption or outside their household.
Scheduling their home meeting and/or identifying their Top 10 Partner Prospects.
Role playing with them on Piquing/Inviting.

Your launch should never take longer than 90 minutes. Make sure they also go to

Skill Set #4

Coaching/Training/Mentoring the first 3 Skill Sets

Just because YOU have acquired the first 3 Skill Sets, does not automatically mean you can be a coach/trainer and mentor of them. First, ask yourself, are you setting a good example of what your new Partner should be doing. If your personal example is poor, your coaching will be ineffective at best. Also, a mentor/protege relationship is all about communication, commitment and accountability. If you have worked hard on the first 3 Skill Sets, and you are consistent in your application of them, you will be setting a good example. Now, you need to be a good comminicator. Teaching your New Partner, with clear, easy to understand instructions. You will want your New Partner to commit to several activities and tasks. And, as a good coach, you will hold them accountable to that commitment.
This will start to form the foundation of a solid Business Partner Relationship.

Learning the first 3 Skill Sets will set you Free from having
to depend on your upline for everything.

Learning the 4th. Skill Set, will set you Free from having
to do everything for your downline.

This will complete your transformation into a
